ESC2025 – Commercials

The Eurovision Song Contest is one of the world’s largest live music and television events, reaching over 160 million viewers across Europe and beyond. For the 2025 edition in Basel, Switzerland, I was part of the core creative team together with Jen Ries, where we were responsible for the overall creative direction of the official Postcards, the short films introducing each participating country and artist before their performance.

From the pitching phase through to postproduction, I shaped the creative process: developing concepts, writing stories, refining scripts and visual storytelling, and supervising the 10 director/DOP teams who were shooting the Postcards across Switzerland. I was also closely involved in editing, sound design, and music, ensuring a consistent style across all 37 films.
